At LaiEduHub, we believe in Data Sovereignty. This means that while LaiTech Solutions provides the secure infrastructure, the data belongs entirely to the institution that generated it.

Technical Backbone vs. Data Ownership

LaiTech Solutions acts as the technical backbone and secure host. We provide the encrypted environment and database architecture, but we do not interfere with, access, or utilize institutional data for any purpose other than providing the service. Registered schools have absolute control over their learner records, staff data, and financial information.

2. Security Architecture

Our technical infrastructure is designed with multiple layers of protection:

  • Institutional Isolation

3. Data Retention

Institutions define their own data retention policies within the system. Upon termination of service, LaiTech Solutions provides a secure transition period for institutions to export their data before permanent archival.
