An active learner is a learner you’ve added and marked active in the system. Subscriptions are billed dynamically based on this count.

Yes. You can register for analytics, then later move to the full management ecosystem (Yearly or Termly) when you’re ready.

The Full School Management Yearly Plan is billed once a year at KSh 95 per active learner, offering stable, long-term budgeting. The Termly Plan is billed at KSh 30 per active learner per term (valid for 4 months / 120 days), aligning with school term cycles. Alternatively, schools can pick individual Modular Suites (from KSh 9/learner/month or KSh 650/month flat) based on their specific operational needs.

Your next invoice automatically adapts to reflect the updated active learner count in the system. There are no penalty fees or hidden charges for scaling up.

No. The system will trigger automated alerts 14, 7, and 1 days before expiration to give you ample notice. If a subscription does expire, administrative access is suspended, but all your data remains securely preserved and is never deleted. Upgrading or clearing the invoice instantly restores full access.

Yes! Every newly registered school automatically starts on a free 7-day Trial tier with full access. You can select and transition to a Yearly or Termly subscription at any point during or after your trial.

To protect accounts and prevent reporting errors, every transaction code or payment reference submitted must be globally unique. The system validates all inputs against previous payments and pending registrations to ensure no duplicates occur.
